Harding Home & Museum
Marion, OH     43302
Home of the 29th President of the United States, Warren G. Harding, and his wife, Florence. This was the site of the famous campaign speeches that launched his quest for presidency in 1920. Original furnishings adorn the home, such as the desk where Harding heard the news of his election, a finely decorated dining room where the Harding's celebrated with friends, and the "haunted" clock that eerily stopped when Harding passed away. Behind the home sits the authentic Sears Roebuck Press Headquarters Building that was used by the press during the campaign and now houses a gift shop and more Harding memorabilia.
