Opened in 1928 as a vaudeville movie palace designed by the foremost theatre designer of that era, John Eberson. Organ concerts can be performed on the 1926 "Mighty" Wurlitzer organ. Stars twindle and clouds circulate overhead in this Moorish style architecture. Out of the 122 Eberson atmospheric theatres built in the United States, only 23 remain.
